Hey Everyone,
Yes this is a post from me today. :)
This past week I was busy, busy... I was redoing my Small Scrapbook Studio. (AKA the Scrap Room) I just think Studio sounds better. (Scraproom tour coming soon) {Smile} In the midst of the mess, I came across a card I made a while ago, when I was part of the "Pink by Design" design team and I wanted to "CASE" myself. :) (CASE=Copy And Steal Everything) If you want to look at the card I made before- go to this post here: CLICK HERE
On this card I used various washi tape in my collection. After I laid out my tape on my card stock, I ran it through my big shot with an Anna Griffin embossing folder I picked up at a big box store. I love how it adds texture to the card with a nice floral design. I grabbed my corner chomper by We R Memory Keepers and rounded the bottom edges of both the white and black card stock. The white card stock was adhered to the black with some foam dimensionals.
I stamped "Happy Birthday" on a scrap paper and cut it out like a banner. The stamp is from Inkadinkado called "All Occassions". (This was a set that EK Success Brands gave to me as part of the Creative Artist Team.)
The button is from October Afternoon and I laced twine through it and tied in a bow. I glued the button the card with Fabri-Tac. That button isn't going anywhere. he he he..
I wanted to share with you my Washi Tape Storage Containers.
This is a small Sterilite container that has 3 drawers. I tried to have each drawer with its own color, but that didn't work for me. I have more colors than I do drawers. Can you say--Washi Addict?
Thanks for stopping by today. If you haven't already done so please check out a new blog called: www.thecraftingjournals.com.
