Finished Disney Album & Video

Good  Morning Friends,

Whew!!  This has been a long ride, but I finally finished my first "Disney Album 2011".  Yes, this trip is from 2011.  (well November 2011 so you could round up and say 2012..lol )

I used a Creative Memories Disney Album and used Black pages as the base.  It is HUGE.  I am thinking I may need another album- to split the pages between the 2.  But for now it is on the shelf.  I have included a video in this blog post to show the whole album from the beginning.
**I apologize for the shakiness of the video, I was holding my camera by hand- so you wouldn't see so much glare in the pictures.
Be sure to look below for still pictures.
Thanks for Stopping by!

Checking In

Hey There Friends,
I know I haven't been around in a while.  I started a new full time job back in the beginning of February and that consumed most of my time.  Once I got settled in enough to where I can create when I am home (instead of my brain being fried) I lost my Creativity Mojo.

Then in March I am happy to say that My Mojo got re-kindled with Pocket Letters.

What is pocket letters you say?
Check out this link here:    Pocket Letter Information Video

I do have a few Pocket Letter-Videos on YouTube.  I show some of the letters I have received and some that I have made and sent off to other Pen Pals. Click here :  MY POCKET LETTER VIDEOS

Although I enjoyed making & receiving the pocket letters and so thankful that it has re-kindled the "Crafty Mojo" fire in me, I have not signed up for anymore swaps and have only kept 1 pen pen pal.  I have started scrapbooking again and I am working on my Disney Album....again.  As some of you know I have been working on this album for a while now and I am so happy to say that it is only 6 pages away from being complete.  Doing the happy dance.

I have also done a few haul videos on my You Tube Channel and you can see those by clicking here:
MY HAUL VIDEOS

I have gone STAMPIN UP crazy lately.  I have shopped from the new catalog and I have shopped from friends RETIREMENT sales.  Shopping Crazy is what I am.  lol  Video coming this week end.

In ONE week from today I'll be heading on vacation for a week and as a spare of the moment treat we are going to Myrtle Beach for a few days while we are going to be in Tennessee.  I just want to walk the beach looking for Shark Teeth.

Dress Banner

Hey There Everyone,

Today is a COLD COLD day here in New Jersey.  I'm sitting here at work drinking a nice cup of Hot Tea to help shake off the chill.

Today's Tea of the Day is a Flavored Black Tea called "Paris" by Harney & Sons Fine Teas.  Paris Tea blend is a Black Tea with Fruit & Caramel.  Smells & Tastes Just Yummy!  You can check it out here:  https://www.harney.com/paris-tea.html

For my project I am going to share with you a Banner I made for a swap.  The swap was for the Totally Tilda & Simply Shabby Chic page on Facebook.  This is a Dress Banner Swap.
There are 6 dresses in total.  2 of each design.  I love how it turned out.  It's just simply beautiful.  I put little clothes pins on the top of the dresses to hang from the seam binding ribbon.  I have added a close up photo of each design individually.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Quill You be My Valentine

Hi There Friends,

Today I am going to share with you a Valentines Card I made.

This stamp set by Paper Smooches, I purchased last year and didn't get the chance to use it.  I made it a point (no pun intended) to use it this year.
I stamped the images on white card stock and then colored it in with my copic markers.  The middle arrow was stamped and cut out and adhered with foam adhesive.
Thank you for stopping by today.

Tea Time

Hey Crafty Friends,

Happy New Year!  I know many of you think of me as a "paper" crafter, however, I do enjoy working with fabric, yarn and threads.  (Thanks Renee for pulling me back into the Cross Stitch area)

Today I am going to share with you a "Tea Time" Cross Stitch project I completed this year.  Many of my friends and family know that I love Tea.  I love going to tea houses/rooms and enjoying "Tea Time" with friends or family.  A couple of my favorite places I have been to these past couple of weeks have been Charlotte's Tea Room in Warwick, NY & Harmony Tea Room in Westwood, NJ.  The Tea that I had at Harmony Tea Room was the "Bourbon Street Vanilla" (very yummy).  The Tea that I had at Charlotte's Tea Room was the "Valentines Blend"  (This tea has a nice romantic scent of Chocolate & Rose petals. YUMMY)
This "Tea Time" Pattern came from The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery. After you purchase your pattern you will get the pattern in a PDF format in a downloadable link and you can either print it or open it up on your IPad.  I use the Nook app to open my PDF's on my Ipad.  Don't forget to save the PDF to your main computer so you will have it at a later time to use again.

Their patterns are so easy to read, which is one of the main reasons I love them.  Also because of their cute designs.
I have added some close up pictures of the finished project.
Thanks for stopping by!
