DAY 1: Creative Kuts~Black and Orange Blog Hop

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to Day 1 of the Creative Kuts Black/Orange Blog Hop. This hop is scheduled for today (Friday) and tomorrow (Saturday). So glad you can join us for this fun "spooktacular" hop. Be sure to go through each blog in the list below and leave a comment and follow each blog as you will be eligible to win some mega blog candy.

The General Information:

It's that time of year when the Nights are all spooky and the creatures are known to wander the forests. So sit for a spell with a nice cup of hot apple cider and check out all the great projects using the Creative Kuts Files which you can find by simply clicking here.

We're so excited to be doing this hop and we have a fabulous lineup with some very talented ladies. There will be lots of fun projects, along with some great blog candy, and a great grand prize for this hop. This grand prize for this hop will be $50 of Creative Kuts files. Final details will be given when the winner is announced.

In order to eligible for the grand Prize, you must follow each blog and leave 2 days of comments on each blog. (there will be 2 different projects for each person on the hop, one for each day)

The hop is a 2 day hop with only 13 blogs to visit so you will have plenty of time to make it through the whole hop line-up twice. Check out each blog and see what blog candy you can win at the individual stops.

Here are some individual pictures of each candy bar wrappers. These will show some of the finer details.

I love this cute little bat. The sweet little wings are just adorable as they wrap to hold the sign.

Check out the fangs on the dracula. The "Happy Halloween" was computer generated. All the edges of the black are ink'ed with white ink pad and a sponge dauber.

My favorite part of this witch is the boots and the socks. :) They are so cute! I did use a computer generated sentiment, but inked the edges with Wild Honey Distress ink.

OMG! I do think this cat is my favorite. Check out his whiskers. I cut little strips of black card stock and then wrapped them around a thin dowel. I used Button Twine to tie the candy in the pumpkin.
