For Day 6 I wanted to something home decor.  I had seen Kerri Bradford do a frame similar to this one and new instantly I wanted to make some for my family.

You can purchase the "Jingle all the Way" from Kerri Bradford Store.
The Frame only measures 5 x 7.  I got a 4 pack on sale at Michael's for $9.99.  The paper is from a paper pad I purchased from Michael's as well.  I think it is from the Heidi Swapp Christmas paper pad.  I cut the vinyl out of my Silhouette Cameo.

This one here is a different pattern paper on the inside.  And it is an 8 x 10 frame instead of the smaller one.  This came as a 3 pack and on sale for $9.99 regular 19.99.  This paper here is by Teresa Collins.

Day 5: 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome & Thank you so much for stopping by the blog hop today for DAY 5 of the 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop.  I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family.

For Day 5 I chose to do more ornaments with glitter.  These are a different style than the ones that I did on Day 2.
These 4 are paper mache shaped ornaments that I purchased at Michael's.  I used various glitters from Stampin' Up, Martha Stewart, Tim Holtz, and old fashion glass glitter.  I adhered the glitter to the paper mache with modpodge.
For the Star I used my foam brush and started out brushing one section at a time, then glittered and then moved on to the next section.
The stocking was fun to do!  I brushed on the silver/white section first.  Glittered all the silver/white, then moved to the red.  How fun would this stocking be with a name glittered on the top?  I haven't done that yet because I am not sure what name I want to put on it.

Tip:  I did have to use 2 coats of glitter for each of these ornaments.

This ornament is no different than the others.  I did have to do one section at a time.  First I did all the red then all the green.  After 2 coats of glitter and after it had dried, I ran silver stickles glitter glue down the folds.  I think the silver stickles glitter glue made the colors pop a bit.
I do think the tree was the easier of the bunch.  :)  The only part that needed sectioned off was the stump of the tree.  I did all the green first then moved on to the brown  After 2 coats of glitter and after it had dried, I took some red stickles glitter glue and did little dots for decoration.  I punched the star out of Stampin' Up Glitter paper for the star.  The star is glued on with hot glue.

Tip:  To get the glitter to not fall off you can either modpodge over it, since it will dry clear, or you can use Aqua Net hair spray.  You spray the hair spray on top of it after you are finished with it and it has dried.  You may still see some glitter fall off but it won't be quite as bad.

Day 4: 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome & Thank you so much for stopping by the blog hop today for DAY 4 of the 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop.

For Day 4 project I decided to go back to the Print & Cut feature on my Cameo.  Well, Since I enjoyed it so much the first day, I figured I'd give it a go again.
The base of the card is from a card base pad of paper by DCWV that I purchased from Michael's.

I printed out the "Merry Christmas Santa" circle out on my printer and then cut it out on the Cameo Silhouette.

The scalloped circle is from Spellbinders die I cut out of another card base from the same paper pad by DCWV.  With some foam dots, I pop dotted up the round circle on top of the scalloped circle.

I adhered the scalloped circle to the card base with foam dots.
From the top center of the fold to the top center of the scalloped circle I punched 2 little circles about 1/8 of an inch.  I laced some silver cording through both holes (I secured the cording to the inside of the card with some scotch tape) This is so the main focus looks like an ornament.

I ran some silver stickles along the edge of the circle to add a little shimmer to the main focus of the card.
With some silver pipe cleaner I tied it like a bow and glued it to the top of the scalloped circle.  I hot glued the silver bell to the center of the pipe cleaner.

When the card was all finished I trimmed down the edges to fit just the "ornament" and rounded the bottom corners with my WRMK corner chomper.

DAY 3: 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome & Thank you so much for stopping by the blog hop today for DAY 3 of the 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop.  I have enjoyed sharing with you the projects I created.  I hope they inspire you in one way or another.  Thanks again for stopping by again today.

For Day 3 I went back to my Cameo and looked through the many Holiday items that I have in my Library and came across this full card and couldn't resist sharing it with you.
The card base was cut out of Red card stock and has that cute little shape on the front edge of the card.
I then cut out the front layer out of Kraft card stock and glued it directly on top of the font of the card.
The next layer was cut out of White card stock and was matted in the center of the Kraft card stock.
Now to decorate the front of the card.  I printed the greeting out of red card stock and decided to do it again in the Kraft card stock.  This is to add some dimension to the greeting.

The Holly and berries was also part of the file that I downloaded on my Cameo from the Silhouette store.
Here you can see a little of the dimension of the card.  I still didn't think it was enough.  So I added glossy accents to the red "Seasons Greetings" and the "Red Berries".

Day 2: 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop

Welcome & Thank you so much for stopping by the blog hop today for DAY 2 of the 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop.  I hope you enjoyed the first Day of the Hop.  If you haven't been through yesterdays post as of yet, not to worry as you still can do that today.  :)

Every year for Christmas I love to give ornaments to my family as one of their gifts I give.  In the past I have made them or bought them if I seen something that is just too cute to pass up.  This year is no different.  I was actually inspired by a friend who made them for a project at work and decided that these are exactly what I wanted to do this year for my family.
This year I did a set for each of my gifts.  Each set contained a House and a Church.
The little chipboard Structures were purchased at my local Michael's.  To Decorate them, I used modpodge and various glitters from Tim Holtz, Stampin' Up, and Martha Stewart.
I punched out a heart out of Stampin Up Glitter paper and adhered to the right of the door.  The little bell was glued on with a hot glue gun.  I used my printer to print up "Joy to the world" and I glued it around the cording with the hot glue gun.
Just a different look at the Church.

For the little house I also used various glitter and modpodge.  Then I punched out the heart out of Stampin' Up Glitter Paper and printed the "Merry Christmas" on my computer and adhered with hot glue to the cording of the ornament.

I signed the bottom of each piece with my initials and the year just as a reference for years to come.
