Hey There Everyone!

Long time no post.  Sorry about that.  I am sure many of you understand that day to day life expectations does tend to gets in the way of actual posting.  :)  But, that doesn't mean that I haven't been thinking of you all.

I started out making this card over at a friends house and just couldn't make it work.  So, I came home and pulled out My Favorite Things stamps and stamped the background.  Then added a layer to use my already stamped out image of the coffee cup and sentiment.  (both are by Stampin' Up, along with the paper).  

Below is a side view of the card.  

I can't leave you without a post of my cute baby girl.  :)

Miss Daisy is on the top cushion of the couch and her friend Maya is the Mini Schnauzer.  I just love this baby girl.  :)

Hey Everyone,

Hope you guys had a great 4th of July.  We had a small cook out with family and went to watch fireworks at dusk.  We had a nice quiet week end at home.

I had good intentions of messing around in the craft room but I didn't manage to get there.  :)  It was very nice to unplug if only for a few days.

I just wanted to share with you that my sweet baby girl got a hair cut.  :)  Look how cute she looks.  I love the Rhonna Farrers App on itunes.  I can't wait to play with the app more.  I love love it!    

When I work in my craft room, Little Miss Daisy has her own bed in my room with a blanket and she spends the time mostly like this. :)  (Thanks Lupita, She loves it!!)  I love this little girl.  :)

It is HOT HOT HOT up here in New Jersey.  Hope you guys are have a "Cool" day.  :)  Drink plenty of water...

Little Miss Daisy and a Card

Hey Everyone,  Happy Summer!  

I just got back from Vacation last night.  I love visiting my family and I can't wait to do it again really soon.  

As many of you all know I used to have a Beagle named "Skip".  I also used to have a Rottweiler named "Adora".  They both passed away with old age in the past 4 years.  It has been about a year or 2 since Skip passed and I have been longing for a new fur baby.  While we were visiting my Mother in Tennessee we came home with a new dog.  She is 2 and is a Maltese.  She weighs all of 5 lbs and is super sweet.  It broke my heart to leave her in the crate this morning when I had to come to work. 

Everyone meet  Little Miss Daisy!  

Onto something crafty related:  This card here is a card I made using the Papertrey ink Stitches & Swirls.  

I stamped it with white ink on baja breeze card stock.  Matted it on white card stock then stitched around the edges with my sewing machine in a zig-zag stitch.  Used some Heidi Swap spray and dripped some on the blue.  Wrapped with seam binding ribbon and pinned a tag to the front.
