Scissor Charm

How cute is this little guy!  This is a Washer from our Home Depot and White Staz-On with red gingham ribbon to tie on to the scissors. 

This is from our Stampin' Up Group Shoe Box swap.  Dawn Rapsas is the one who sponsored this "shoe" box.  I love it.  I will be making a trip to Home Depot to get some washers.  :)
